Stonesystems app — support

The Stonesystems app is for Stone Systems customers: text and call your leads from your business number, on your phone.

Get help

• Your account manager at Stone Systems is your first stop for anything about your account, your number, or a lead.
• Email support@stonesystems.io for app problems (please include your business name and your phone model).
• Privacy requests and account deletion: privacy@stonesystems.io, or in the app under Settings → Account → Request account deletion.

Common questions

I can't sign in. Accounts are created by Stone Systems when your business signs up; there is no self sign-up. Use the invite link or code your account manager sent you, or ask them to resend it.

Calls say "not enabled". In-app calling is switched on per business by your account manager once your number is set up for voice.

I stopped getting notifications. Check that notifications are allowed for Stonesystems in your phone settings, then sign out and back in.
