Stonesystems app — privacy notice
Who the App is for
The App is provided by MVH Management Consultancy LLC, doing business as Stone Systems ("we"), to businesses that are Stone Systems customers, so their owners and staff can text and call the people who contact the business (its "leads"). Accounts are created by Stone Systems for its customers; there is no public sign-up, no advertising and no sale of data.
What the App collects

The App does not collect your location, your device's address book, the phone's own SMS or call log, browsing history, health or financial information, and it contains no advertising or analytics SDKs. The microphone is used only during a call you place or answer. The photo library is used only when you choose a photo to attach.
Who processes it
Data is processed by Stone Systems and by the providers that operate the service on our behalf: our hosting and database providers (Supabase, Railway), our telephony carrier that delivers text messages and calls (Signal House), Apple and Google for push notifications, and Cloudflare for network security. Each acts only on our instructions. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Your login, verification records and device tokens are kept while you have access to a business on the App and deleted when your account deletion request is completed (within 30 days). Messages, call records and voicemails belong to the business and are kept for as long as the business is a Stone Systems customer, then handled under its agreement with Stone Systems.
Your choices
- Delete your account: in the App, Settings → Account → Request account deletion. Your request is completed within 30 days; you can also email privacy@stonesystems.io.
- Notifications: turn them off in your phone's settings at any time.
- Leads' rights: a lead who wants to stop receiving texts can reply STOP; the App honors it automatically, and START or UNSTOP opts back in.
- Additional rights (access, correction, deletion, and the rights of California residents) are described in the Stone Systems Privacy Policy and can be exercised through the same address.
Security
Data travels over TLS and is stored encrypted at rest with our hosting providers. Access inside Stone Systems is limited to the staff assigned to the business, and every staff access through the App is logged.
Children
The App is a business tool for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.
